When choosing to view a property here in Portugal it is recommended that you check that your agent is fully licensed to show you properties and therefore able to assist you through the whole buying process. This gives you the reassurance that the agent will guide you professionally through all the stages, from viewing to making your offer and through to final completion of your dream property. ACPS Real Estate (Sucesso Gradual Unipessoal Lda) is a company registered to operate legally in Portugal as an estate agent and as such we have to be guided and abide by the regulations of our governing body, INCI (Instituto da Construcao e do Imobiliario). Clarification of any real estate agent licence can be simply obtained by checking their licence number from AMI, the ‘Associacão de Mediadores Imobiliários’. Our licence no is 12086. Licences have to be renewed every 12 months and various courses have to be attended to enable this so that you can feel comfortable that regulations are being adhered to. We are also registered with APEMIP with the license no 5357.
