As a disabled pensioner, I am definately not the easiest of clients to deal with, but I cannot fault the service we have received from Calvin Gibson, the owner of ACPS. He will assess your needs and budget and take you to properties that are as close as possible until you find the one place that is for you. The other agents took us to places with no pool, needed repairs, over looked and overpriced and wondered why we were not impressed. Calvin is patient and helpful without being pushy, took him nearly 6 months to find us our house, but the moment it came on the market he contacted us. The seller was very pleasantly surprised by the speed he found her a buyer, so the service is just as good for either buyer or sellers.
(He also arranged a place we could rent while we were looking)
All this while the Covid pandemic was at it's worst.
As new arrivals in Portugal the after sales service was way behind what we expected, help getting a lawyer, registration, insurance, tax accountant and recommendations of local workmen for the small jobs, garden, cleaner etc.
All done with a smile and a knowledge that he is doing a better job than any of the other agents we tried.
